Business Hours

Monday, *Tuesday and Wednesday: 7:30 AM-6 PM
Thursday and Friday: 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM-Noon
Our office is closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

*Our office is closed on the 4th Tuesday of each month from Noon-3 pm for a staff meeting.


Appointment Policy

Our office hours are by appointment. If your pet is sick, please call to schedule a sick-pet or drop-off appointment early in the day. This will enable us to prepare for your pet's arrival and give us sufficient time to evaluate and treat your pet before our business day ends. Please see Emergency Information if your pet needs immediate care when we are not in the office.


Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards from existing clients and cash and credit cards from new clients. For more costly procedures, we can provide information from credit companies who may arrange extended payments for qualified individuals. We also have information concerning pet health insurance.

E-mail Policy

We do not give medical advice, accept prescription orders, schedule or cancel appointments, or conduct hospital business via E-mail. Please contact us is by phone or in person.


Late Arrivals Policy

Clients arriving more than ten minutes late for their appointment may need to reschedule or make other arrangements.


Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please give us a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to do so, may result in a missed-appointment charge.
