Welcome to MAH Online!

What's New?

  • Dr. Michelle Foster officially joined our staff in March. As many of you know, Dr. Foster has been our Relief Vet for several years. We are delighted to welcome her aboard!

  • New items are frequently being added to our online store. Many of your pet's long-term medications can now be obtained through our store at MyVetDirect.com and delivered to your door. Orders for in-stock items usually ship within 24 hours. Most orders over $39 qualify for free shipping (see Shipping & Returns on our store's website for the exceptions). A link to our store is at the top of every page. MyVetDirect.com is a secure website.

  • A Lost and Found page has been added to our website. Anyone who has recently lost or found a pet in Milford-Miami Township or a surrounding community is welcome to have a notice posted for free. Please spread the word!

New Clients

The New Client Form is available in two formats: Adobe PDF (requires Adobe Reader) and MS WORD (requires MS WORD). Select your format, click on its icon and save the document to your hard drive. MS WORD users can open, complete, and print the form in WORD. PDF users will need to print the form and complete it manually. If you don't have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you can get it from Adobe for free. Their link is at the bottom of this page.

Please remember to...

  • Bring the form with you on your first visit. If it is more convenient, you may fax it ahead to us at 513-831-5788.

  • Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your pet's scheduled appointment. Our staff appreciates having this time to get acquainted with you and your pet.

  • Fax or bring your pet's medical records from the breeder or your previous veterinarian.
