Dr. Gary Clemons

Gary Clemons DVM

Dr. Clemons earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from The Ohio State University College of Agriculture. In 1973, he received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the College of Veterinary Medicine at OSU. In 1975, he became the owner of Milford Veterinary Clinic, now known as Milford Animal Hospital LLC. Dr. Clemons is a member of the AVMA, OVMA and the CVMA.

Since 1990, Dr. Clemons has been the host of the popular weekly call-in radio program, PET TALK. You can hear him on AM 550 (55KRC) every Sunday from 4-6 p.m. He has been a reading tutor for The Literacy Council of Clermont and Brown Counties since 2002.

Dr. Clemons and his wife, Donna, are members of Trinity UMC. They are also members of the church's contemporary praise and worship band, Trinity Live. Dr. Clemons is the coordinator for the annual mission trip to Matamoras, Mexico. He spends a few days in Mexico every winter travelling from village to village, vaccinating 250-300 dogs for rabies and dispensing approximately 800 doses of medicine for mange.

Dr. Clemons has two sons, Jon and Eric. Jon and his wife, Katie, are graduates of The University of Cincinnati's Law School. They live and practice law in the greater Cincinnati area. Eric is a graduate of Cornell University's Hotel School. He lives and works in New York City.

Dr. Clemons and Donna live in South Milford. They have two long-haired Chihuahuas named Beanie and Kayla and one cat named Kippi. His hobbies are fishing, boating and racquetball.
