Dr. Kelly Moore
Dr.
Moore joined the Milford Animal Hospital in May 2004. She received
her Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State University and her
DVM from Auburn University. Prior to joining us, she had worked as a
veterinarian in Chicago and in Northern Kentucky.
Dr. Moore is a member of the American
Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the Ohio Veterinary Medical
Association (OVMA), and the Cincinnati Veterinary Association
(CVMA), and the veterinary fraternity Omega Tau sigma. Dr. Moore has
previously served on the board of the CVMA as Program Chair. She also
was formerly on the Board of Directors of AIDS Volunteers of Cincinnati
(AVOC), and continues to volunteer her services at their annual Pet Vet
Day.
Some of Dr. Moore's favorite activities
include hiking, camping, biking, kayaking, gardening, and
watching the Cincinnati Bengals play football. She and her
husband, Nicholas Bowling, welcomed their first child, Olivia,
to the family in October 2007. She also has two wonderful
step-daughters, Samantha and Alexandra. They all enjoy sharing their
home with their pet family consisting of two dogs, Quimby and Grace and
four cats: Kramer, Tiberias, Rudi Johnson and Joey.
Dr. Moore believes that all pets are
valuable family members. She appreciates having the
opportunity to work at Milford Animal Hospital, where her
co-workers share this same philosophy.
