What is a Vet Tech?*A veterinary technician is a person who has attended an accredited
program in veterinary technology, graduated and is registered with their
state licensing board. They are involved in many different aspects of
veterinary medicine and perform many of the duties vital to excellent
patient and client care in a hospital setting.

Veterinary Technicians
DebbieDebbie was Dr. Clemons's first veterinary technician. She began working at MAH in July, 1975. She obtained her Associate of Science degree in animal health technology from Raymond Walters College in June, 1977. Debbie is a member of the OAVT. Debbie has been married since 1979 and has two daughters—the oldest is now in college. She has two dogs, three cats, two horses and several chickens. She enjoys gardening, sewing and reading in her spare time.
KarenKaren is a member of the OAVT.
JoanJoan is a member of the KVTA.
ErinErin joined our staff in September 2001. She earned her LVT in 2001 at Raymond Walters College and her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati in 2004. Erin is a member of the OAVT. Erin has three dogs and a cat.
TammyTammy graduated from Raymond Walters Vet Tech Program in 2009 and began working at MAH in August of that year. Tammy is a member of the OAVT. Tammy and her husband, Ken, live in Goshen. They have two dogs, Dixie and Charlie, and two cats, Bob and Molly. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys gardening and baking. | ||||
